B.M. Pukhlyk, V.A. Kucher
Stages of development of chemotherapy of tuberculosis are submitted in this
article. The vital importance of streptomycin as first antibiotic working against Mycobacterium tuberculosis is
described. Brief Waksman's biography is given and it is told about his historical role in creation of
streptomycin.

DIAGNOSTICS AND TREATMENT OF CHRONIC OBSTRUCTIVE PULMONARY DISEASE IN INFECTIVE-DEPENDING EXACERBATIONS
Yu.M. Mostoviy, V.O. Galinska
Represented materials about diagnostics and treatment of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease in infective-depending
exacerbations. Spectrum analysis of possible pathogens, role of pathogens in bronchoobstructive syndrome and approaches to choice of antibacterial therapy were
realized. Registered preferences of clarithromycin (Fromilid) as a medication of choice for treatment of bronchial asthma and chronic obstructive bronchitis in infective-depending
exacerbations, since clarithromycin have high antimicrobial activity in attitude to possible
pathogens, since clarithromycin have some bronchodilatating effects, that is not inherent to other
antibiotics.
Key words: chronic obstructive pulmonary disease in infective-depending
exacerbations, antibacterial therapy, clarithromycin, Fromilid.

ETHIOLOGICAL FACTORS OF CHRONIC OBSTRUCTIVE BRONCHITIS in EXACERBATION
V.P. Melnyk, O.V. Panasuk, O.A. Sirosh, D.S. Razborov
Patients with an infectious exacerbation of a chronic obstructive bronchitis have been
investigated. The spectrum of microorganisms at these patients is determined and resistency patogenes to the basic groups of antibiotics is
investigated.
Key words: chronic obstructive bronchitis, infectious exacerbation, spectrum of

EFFICACY OF TREATMENT IN PATIENTS WITH FIRST DIAGNOSED DESTRUTIVE LUNG TUBERCULOSIS WITH BACTERIAL ABJECTION DEPENDING ON QUANTITY OF CAVERNAES
N.A. Litvinenko
In this article cite data about efficacy of treatment in patients from two groups with first diagnosed destructive lung tuberculosis with bacterial abjection to quantity of
cavernaes: with one cavity (first group) or with two and more cavitas (second
group). Intoxication had vanished after 1,1±0,1 months in patients from first group and after 1,7±0,2 months in patients from second
group; bacterial abjection aborted in 100 and 90,0±3,3% of consumptives, closed up cavitas in 90,8±3,4% and in 78,8±4,6% of patients from first and second groups accordingly
(p<0,05).
Key words: regimens of antituberculous chemotherapy, abort of bacterial
abjection, tuberculosis intoxication, quantity of cavernaes in lung, closed up
cavitas.

EFFICACY OF CIPROFLOXACIN IN COMPLEX TREATMENT OF ADULT PATIENTS WITH SEVERE AND MIDDLE HEAVINESS SALMONELLOSIS
O.V. Melnyk
Efficacy of ciprofloxacin in complex treatment of patients with severe and middle heaviness
salmonellosis, in particular with gastrointestinal-shaped, was estimated. We established that using of ciproflocsacin accelerate terms of clinical
recovery, reduce frequency of bacterial abjection, well tolerate by patients, prevent evolution of complicates and shorten duration of
illness. Sensitiveness of diagnosed specimens of salmonella to broad-spectrum antibiotics was
specified. More active, with respect to pathogen, are preparations from the group of
fluoroquinolons, in particular ciprofloxacin.
Key words: salmonellosis, resistance, ciprofloxacin, furazolidon,
efficacy.

EFFICACY OF CHEMORADIOTHERAPY WITH ANTHRACYCLINE-CONTAINED CHEMOTHERAPY UNDER LOCALLY SPREAD BREAST CANCER
O.S. Bondaruk
Usage of the scheme with applying of anthracyclines («modified»
CAF: doxorubicin hydrochloridi - 30 mg/m2, cyclophosphamide - 700
mg/m2, fluorouracilum - 500 – 600 mg/m2 intravenously in 1st and 8th
days) in union with radiotherapy (total dose 60 – 64 Gy on breast area and
40 – 44 Gy on lymph outflow
ways) and hormonotherapy is effective and safe for locally advanced breast cancer
treatment. Thanks to these combination significantly increases the level of disease-free survival in comparison with radiotherapy and hormonal therapy along during 2-years
follow-up.

The data of using of an anticancer autovaccine for complex treatment of the breast cancer patients are
submitted. It were no complications, that could essentially influence on common state of patients after injection of anticancer autovaccine during the postoperative
period. It was demonstrated, that vaccinotherapy along with the basic methods of anticancer therapy promoted decrease of the blocking factors in the
serum; reinforced lymphocytes blast transformation reactions not only at presence
FGA, but also autovaccine; enhanced reaction of delayed type hypersensitivity at statement of dermal assay with an
autovaccine, that testifies to increasing functional activity of Т-lymphocytes under influence of a
vaccinotherapy.
Key words: breast cancer, complex treatment, anticancer autovaccine, immunological
parameters.
